Sharad is a growth focused senior finance executive with 20yrs of global experience in a variety of roles covering Finance Strategy, FP&A, Controllership, Shared Services, Audit, Supply Chain Finance, Acquisition Integration, Finance Transformation & Systems. He has a multi-industry experience with focus on Energy and Oil & Gas, with recent focus in the O&G EPCI/LNG segment. 

Sharad is happily married and has an 11-year-old daughter. In his spare time, Sharad enjoys time with his family, reading, traveling and watching movies.

Prior to joining Onward, he has worked for companies like General Electric and McDermott. He is known for strong organizational, leadership and communication skills and has a proven track record for building and managing high performance teams.
