As the Manager of Field Services at Onward Resources, Mike Fisher is responsible for Construction, Fabrication, and Inspections, as well as generating costing and budgets for projects. He also ensures all projects follow strict safety guidelines to avoid complications and accidents.

Mike’s impact on Onward Resources is immense. He is the driving force for execution in the field. With target driven management, the company’s projects are safe, efficient, and completed on time. Mike also mentors new team members, which ultimately strengthens the projects team.

With 28 years of construction experience prior to joining Onward Resources, Mike has worked as Construction Superintendent and Construction Manager in the lower 48 states at major midstream and E&P organizations. His strong background in midstream, facilities, and production operations, brings extensive knowledge to project and construction management.

While he’s working, Mike thrives on the fast-paced environment and new challenges that arise. During his off time, he’s a family man and enjoys attending church. He also serves on the board of directors for the Cowboys Helping Cowboys charity, and likes team roping, ranching, hunting, fishing, and golf.
