Dustin Whiteley

President & CEO

As President and CEO of Onward Resources, Dustin Whiteley is focused on the successful delivery of large-scale Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Projects. He also oversees and sets the strategic direction of the company and ensures customer expectations are exceeded through organizational health and development.

Although he welcomes the challenges his role brings, Dustin enjoys most the opportunity to mentor personnel, ensure policy compliance, and building Onward Resources’ backlog. Each of which helps to strengthen the company.

Dustin has over 30 years of progressive experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including manufacturing, well construction, and gathering and processing. He also has extensive experience in hydrogen, and its use as an alternative fuel.

With a degree in Structural Engineering along with Executive Development from New Mexico State University and Texas A&M University respectively, Dustin has been successful in multiple leadership roles for BayoTech, McDermott International, and Halliburton globally, including assignments in the U.S., Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Indonesia, the U.K., and Thailand.

When not working, Dustin enjoys fishing and golf. On his ‘bucket list’ – circumnavigating the globe on a sailboat!
