As Director of Business Development at Onward Resources, Carlos is responsible for strategic planning, market analysis, partnership and alliances, and revenue growth.. Carlos plays a critical role in ensuring we exceed customer expectations.

Carlos’s primary goal is to cultivate enduring relationships and strategic partnerships with our clients. He strongly values teamwork and strives to be a solution provider for both our clients and the company. Carlos firmly believes that customer satisfaction is the most effective business strategy, recognizing our customers as integral contributors to our growth.

With over 20 years of experience in Oil and Gas and renewables industries, focusing in Domestic and international projects. He has extensive experience in Upstream and Midstream segments for both offshore and onshore markets.

Carlos has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, along with a Masters in Business Administration, both from the University of Houston. Carlos has held various leadership roles for UPI, Innovatech Strategic Solutions, PERC Engineering and Wood.

Carlos is happily married and has a 10-year-old son. He enjoys sports, mainly soccer, tennis and golf. While not working, Carlos enjoys time with his family, traveling, volunteering and attending his church.
