Director of Engineering

As the Director of Engineering at Onward Resources, Andrew Leonard, P.E. is responsible for providing strategic and technical solutions for projects, while setting and managing goals within an engineering department with challenging tasks that ultimately grow the company. He thoroughly enjoys offering detailed, high quality engineering solutions to clients.

Andrew also develops Onward Resources engineering standards and procedures. Safety is the company’s top priority. He ensures that his team provides professional engineering and technical solutions, in addition to safe solutions for construction, and the end user. Furthermore, engineering strives to do the right thing, and our ethics offer intangibles that all partners appreciate, and trust.

Prior to joining Onward Resources, Andrew served over 5 years at Saulsbury Industries within their engineering group, eventually transitioning to the role of Mechanical/Civil Engineering Director where he managed more than 30 employees that were involved in engineering design.

Andrew is married and has three children. He enjoys playing golf, and considers himself a ‘Star Wars fanatic’.
